§ Mr. LLOYD-GEORGEI understand that the whole of the £4,250,000, which under the Labourers Act, 1906, may be advanced on land purchase terms for the provision of labourers' cottages and plots, has been either advanced or earmarked for advance in respect of pending schemes. The question of reviving the powers of the Labourers Act of 1883 in order to enable further advances to be made is under consideration.
