§ Mr. HALDANEWhile the Chelsea Commissioners were of opinion that this man had recovered from his disability, and that his wage-earning capacity was not impaired, they did not state that they considered him fit for active service as a soldier. This man, however, if under thirty years of age, can present himself for re-enlistment, and if he is found fit for military service his case will be considered.
