§ Mr. Morley[holding answer 14 September 2004]: The Director General of Water Services publishes leakage figures annually in the 'Security of Supply, Leakage and the Efficient Use of Water' reports, copies of which are available in the Library of the House. In 2003—04 total water company leakage, in Megalitres per day, was reported as follows:
