§ The Lord President of the Council (Baroness Amos)My right honourable friend the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland has made the following Written Ministerial Statement.
I have received the annual report of the chief inspector of Criminal Justice Northern Ireland for the financial year 2003–04. The report outlines Criminal Justice Inspection's performance from August 2003, when the chief inspector was appointed, to 31 March 2004.
I have arranged for copies of the report to be laid before the House today.
