To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Department for Constitutional Affairs what estimate he has made of the costs that will be incurred in the setting-up of his Department. [125041]

Further to my answer to the hon. Member for Arundel and South Downs (Mr. Flight), on 1 September 2003,Official Report, column 779W, the Department for Constitutional Affairs has incurred costs of £40,000 in changing the Department's name (covering email and website changes, stationery and signage). An estimated £412,000 has been incurred in respect of relocation from the House of Lords to Selborne House and all the consequential changes following on from this.
