§ The Minister for Social Exclusion and Deputy Minister for Women (Mrs. Barbara Roche)I am today placing in the House library a short briefing note, as provided to the Standing Committee, covering the detail of the secondary legislation to be made under part 1 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Bill. The note will also be available on my departmental website.
