§ Lord FilkinThe department has collected data on the reinstatement of excluded pupils only for the school year 2002–03. We do however have data on the numbers and percentages of exclusion appeals determined in favour of the pupil for each school year from 1994–5 to 2002–03. This information is in the following table.
