§ Baroness AmosThe Secretary of State for Northern Ireland continues to review the status of all paramilitary ceasefires and, in making his judgment under Section 3 (8) (b) of the Northern Ireland (Sentences) Act 1998 takes account of all relevant considerations, and in particular those set out in Section 3(9) of the Northern Ireland (Sentences) Act 1998. The Secretary of State makes a judgment in the round.
