§ Lord McIntosh of HaringeyCustoms have made all appropriate enquiries into allegations concerning UK businessmen supplying the government of Sudan with military equipment. As a result of those enquiries Customs have concluded that there is insufficient evidence to justify any further enquiries and intend to take no further action unless new information comes to light.
