The UK was represented during the high level segment of the Mauritius conference by my honourable friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Bill Rammell), supported by a delegation of six officials from the Department for International Development, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, and the FCO.
