Whether the advertising hoarding promoting wind power, which is adjacent to the anti-clockwise carriageway of the M25 near the junction of the M1, is in accordance with the advice in Planning Policy Guidance Note 19 and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Circular 5/92. [HL4859]

This is a matter for the local planning authority. They have discretionary enforcement powers which they can use to remove unlawfully displayed advertisements.
