§ Dawn PrimaroloStaff have been employed on the planning and implementation of the Inland Revenue's e-Government programme from 1999. Currently there are 328 Full-time Equivalents (FTEs) assigned permanently to the programme. This includes 253 FTEs that provide support to customers who use the "e" services. (Self Assessment, PAYE, Corporation Tax, New Tax Credits and Stamps.)
