§ Mr. JamiesonThe Bill provides that a harbour authority within the meaning of section 46(1) of the Aviation and Maritime Security Act 1990 and an airport operator within the meaning of section 82(1) of the Airports Act 1986 would be considered as category 2 responders. It will be for them to decide on how they carry out their requirements subject to any guidance issued under the provisions of the Bill.
