I refer the hon. Member to the answers given on 11 May 2004,Official Report, column 211W and 29 April 2004, Official Report, column 226W. The statutory evaluation report referred to is the only report or letter that the Government have received from the Electoral Commission on the all-postal pilot election held in Guildford on 1 May 2003.
