§ Mr. IngramForecast costs for the Landing Ship Dock (Auxiliary) and Support Vehicle programmes were excluded from the published Major Projects Report 2003, due to commercial sensitivity. The situation remains unchanged. Negotiations with the Landing Ship Dock 219W (Auxiliary) contractor are continuing, and the Support Vehicle Preferred Bidder is yet to be announced. I am, therefore, withholding this information under Exemption 7 of the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information.
