Data is not available by Parliamentary Constituency. Battersea Parliamentary Constituency used to be part of South West Thames Social Fund District. This District was involved in a very complex set of interlocking boundary changes affecting most of Greater London and some neighbouring areas, which took place from April 2003 to January 2004. Changes affecting South West Thames Social Fund District happened in November 2003 and the district then became known as South West Thames interim district. Changes to this district occurred in January 2004, resulting in the formation of Lambeth, Southwark and Wandsworth Jobcentre Plus district. Battersea Parliamentary Constituency was part of South West Thames interim district and is now part of Lambeth, Southwark and Wandsworth Jobcentre Plus district. The three areas for which data is given above are thus different, so the data is not comparable. 2. Sure Start maternity grants were introduced on 27 March 2000. The very small number of cases for 1999–2000 has been excluded for data protection reasons. 3.
