§ Mr. Stephen TwiggSince the beginning of the parliamentary session 2003–04, the Department has received over 1,400 letters on the Higher Education Bill. Correspondence is not systematically analysed to provide this information. Scrutiny of the correspondence to provide this information could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
