§ Margaret HodgeThe health declaration certificate signature requirements for nursery staff are a matter for the Office of Standards in Education (Ofsted) and I have asked HM Chief Inspector for Schools, David Bell, to write to the hon. Gentleman and place a copy of his letter in the Library. There are no plans to reimburse the cost of obtaining a signed general practitioner's declaration to nursery staff that may require one.
