(2) what steps have been taken to assess the two hour high quality physical education per week participation rates of young people in Phase 1 Partnership schools. [164469]
§ Mr. CabornData collected from Phase 1 School Sport Partnership schools indicate that 61 per cent. of pupils are spending at least two hours per week on high-quality PE and sport, within and beyond the curriculum.
The results from the survey of all School Sport Partnerships will be published in April. All Partnerships will receive a report, allowing them to compare their performance with the national average and to address gaps in their provision at a local level.
