§ Maria EagleJobcentre Plus is positive about employing disabled people. The Agency, as part of the Department for Work and Pensions, operates a guaranteed interview scheme, and has aspirational targets for the number of disabled people it employs in middle and senior management. Later this year, the Department intends to improve its data on the number of disabled people it employs by re-surveying all our staff. There is no incentive payment system to encourage senior managers to employ more disabled people.
