§ Dr. LadymanThere are no plans to evaluate the fully funded national health service continuing care eligibility criteria of each strategic health authority. It is the responsibility of each SHA to be satisfied that their criteria reflect existing guidance and the Coughlan judgment. The number of investigations completed and the number of cases granted recompense will be reviewed after the end of March deadline.
