§ Jane KennedyThe Ombudsman's Office advises that a Satisfaction Policy, Procedure and Complaints register was established in 2002. In the reporting year ending 31 March 2003 (the first full year of the register), 22 complaints were received and in the current year to date, 12 complaints have been received.
