To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether land owned by a subsidiary of TK-ECC in Dundonald will remain zoned for industrial use only if put on the open market. [162922]

I can confirm that the land in question will be retained as "existing employment/industry" in the Draft Belfast metropolitan area plan 2015.
