§ John HealeyHM Customs and Excise has had an e-Business Strategy for several years. It has been updated periodically to reflect changes in thinking and the impacts of external initiatives. A summary of current 675W plans will be published later in the year. Part (b) of the question is the responsibility of the Department for Constitutional Affairs.
