To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what the value is of Burmese assets frozen by the UK under EU sanctions; what the nature of those assets is; and where they are held. [159884]

The value of Burmese assets currently frozen by the UK under the EU Common Position is £3,573.57. The assets frozen are personal bank accounts of three individuals listed in the Annex to the Common Position, which is available on the website of the National Coalition Government of the Union of Burma: http://www.ncgub.net/Int'1―20Action/EU/EU℅20Commission℅20regulation℅2023℅20 December℅202003.pdf.
