§ Maria EagleWe have made no such assessment. We are still considering the recommendations of the Joint Committee on the draft Disability Discrimination Bill, which were published on 27 May 2004. We will respond as soon as possible. The timing of the introduction of the Bill is a matter to be determined by Business Managers in the usual way.
