§ Paul GogginsI have received a small number of representations from various organisations and individuals. I have endorsed the Prison Service's decision to allocate certain prisoners convicted of sexual offences, who are in their final stages in custody, to Her Majesty's Prison Prescoed. I have also undertaken to monitor progress closely.
