§ Alun MichaelI recently consulted on a range of measures to tackle the problem of inappropriate use of off-road vehicles and to curtail inappropriate use of off-road motorcycles and other mechanically propelled vehicles on public rights of way. These proposals are relevant to both rural and semi rural areas. I shall respond to the consultative process and the views expressed in the near future.
