HL Deb 07 July 2004 vol 663 c88WA
Lord Hylton

asked Her Majesty's Government:

In how many cases in each of the past two years use was made of the provision for deporting foreign national prisoners four and a half months before the expiry of their sentence. [HL3064]

Baroness Scotland of Asthal:

This power came into force on 14 June hence data relating to the number of times it has been used are unavailable.
