§ The Minister of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Baroness Symons of Vernham Dean: Her Majesty's Government support the establishment of parliamentary forum for south-east Europe, which should make a positive contribution to regional co-operation and reconciliation in the Balkans. The Cetinje Forum is in its early stages and we are following developments closely.
