§ Mr. IngramHMS Enterprise's Azipod Propulsors were transferred to HMS Echo in October 2003 in order to expedite her entry into service with the Royal Navy. The Department and Prime Contractor are currently negotiating over liability and compensation for the problems that gave rise to this transfer.
