What steps they will take to repair the national shortage of raw materials which contributes to the growth in costs in the construction industry. [HL671]

Primary material producers make a number of returns. We also have a regular dialogue with both primary producers and downstream processors for construction products. Neither is indicating any significant delays or shortages due to lack of raw materials.
