§ Dr. LadymanPerformance targets for the delayed discharge of patients aged 75 years and over occupying an acute bed have been set on an annual basis, rather than a quarterly target, since 2000–01. Each of these targets was set out in the relevant year's Planning and Priorities Framework, published by the Department of Health.
These targets are shown in the table.
