§ Paul GogginsProvisions in both the Criminal Justice Act and the Sexual Offences Act will help to strengthen public protection from known sex offenders. These include enhancing the Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements, tightening sex offender registration requirements, introducing new orders to prevent sex offenders from committing further offences and making the prosecution of sexual offences easier.
