To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (1) what steps Ofgem is taking to ensure that(a) gas and (b) electricity customers are aware of the possibilities of saving money by switching utilities supplier; [153317]

(2) what steps Ofgem is taking to ensure that (a) gas and (b) electricity companies do not charge existing customers more than new customers;. [153318]

(3) what steps Ofgem is taking to ensure that domestic users of electricity benefit as much as commercial and industrial users of electricity from the implementation of the New Electricity Trading Arrangements. [153320]
