To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he has received an application from Belfast City airport to review the present operational planning agreement. [154126]

Following the publication of the recommendations for Northern Ireland in the Government's White Paper, The Future of Air Transport, the Department of the Environment's Planning Service received a request from Belfast City airport on 19 January 2004 to review the form of the current planning agreement. This is now under consideration.
