Whether they will consider the introduction of a "rolling" amnesty for firearms and associated items and equipment. [HL911]

We do not believe that a "rolling" firearms amnesty would be appropriate. We favour periodic amnesties, the timing and organisation of which are determined in consultation with the police service.
