§ Baroness AmosThe business plan and budget for the Irish Language Agency was discussed at meetings on 18 September 2003 and 2 October 2003 between sponsor departments and agency officials. There were also numerous telephone conversations and email exchanges between sponsor departments, finance departments and the agency.
