§ Beverley HughesBetween April 2001 and April 2002, Reflex launched 82 operations and disrupted 14 organised crime groups. 67 facilitators were arrested, resulting in 21 convictions. Between June 2002 and April 2003, there were 98 arrests. The total number of convictions to date is not yet available, as some cases are continuing.

In addition, under the first phase of Maxim, a joint operation between the Metropolitan police and Immigration Services, there were 47 arrests including possessing false documents. In the second phase of Maxim, there were 23 arrests, including those holding false documents.
