Further to the Written Answer by the Lord President on 10 September (WA 122) concerning Cross-Border Implementation Bodies, whether the bodies are consulted about their yearly budgets; and, if not, why not. [HL4467]

The bodies are normally consulted about their annual budgets in the context of their annual business plans.
