To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will list the questions tabled by the hon. Member for Epsom and Ewell which have been due for answer for over five siting days; and when he expects to answer them. [127701]

Mr. Hutton:

At 17 July, there were two questions outstanding to the hon. Member. I replied to one on 8 September 2003, Official Report, column 157W, and to the other on 18 September 2003, Official Report, column 977W.

At 6 October 2003, 215 parliamentary questions remained unanswered, of which, 63 were not yet due for answer.
