asked Her Majesty's Government:

When they intend to submit their report, under the United Nations General Assembly agreements made in 2001, on how they are tackling HIV and AIDS. [HL5501]

The questionnaire seeking information for inclusion in the report has not yet been received within the Department of Health. We are pursuing the matter with UNAIDS and will submit the completed questionnaire as soon as we are able. The report will reflect the Government's policy on HIV and AIDS as set out in theNational Strategy for Sexual Health and HIV and associated documents.
