To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what proportion of Post Office card account applications were started but not completed in each of the last three years. [140098]

To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry on how many occasions the handbook for postmasters operating the Post Office Card Account has been changed since the start of financial year 2003–04; and if she will list, for each update, the principal changes incorporated. [139885]
