§ Keith HillOptions for a Northern Distributor Road form part of a review of the Norwich Area Transport Strategy currently being undertaken by Norfolk County Council. If, as an outcome of the review, the council decides to go ahead with preparation of plans for the Distributor Road, it would need to undertake a full appraisal of the scheme, covering the environmental impacts as well as the economic, safety, integration and accessibility effects.
