To ask the Secretary of State for Health what steps his Department is taking to publicise the Health Service Ombudsman Report on NHS funding for Long Term Care to the public. [113032]

All strategic health authorities have been advised by the Department to take appropriate measures to make local people aware that a review of enquires arising from the Ombudsman's report is taking place.
