§ Mr. HuttonThe 2003 Public Expenditure Statistical Analyses, published on Tuesday 6 May, shows a current estimated underspend of £227 million in 2002–03, this is less than 0.4 per cent, of total provision. Planned spending for 2003–04 will be published in the departmental report.
