§ Maria EagleWe have no current plans to change the medical examination process for Prescribed Disease D12, chronic bronchitis and emphysema.
The Industrial Injuries Advisory Council are currently carrying out a review of Prescribed Disease All (commonly known as vibration white finger) and a report is expected later this year. We will consider carefully any recommendations made in that report.
