§ Mr. JamiesonNone. Network Rail is responsible for the management of engineering possessions, under arrangements overseen by the Rail Regulator. I understand that Network Rail has consulted with First Great Western, as required under the possessions regime, regarding the major re-signalling of the approaches to Paddington over that weekend.
