§ Mr. LammyNHS Direct has not received any calls from patients reporting adverse drug reactions. A pilot scheme for handling calls from callers reporting adverse drug reaction will be launched at NHS Direct South East London on 18 March. Following an initial review period, national roll-out will be completed by the end of this year.
