To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions if he will extend the scope of the Statutory Money Purchase Illustration Regulations that come into force on 6 April to include pensions sold to the public after that date. [103544]

§ Mr. McCartney
The regulations apply equally to any member of a money purchase pension scheme, regardless of when they became a member of the scheme. This includes anyone who joins such a scheme after the regulations come into force on 6 April.
